The moral triumphs and failures of leaders carry greater weight than those of non-leaders. In leadership we see morality magnified, and this is why the study of ethics is fundamental to our understanding of leadership. The Carnegie Council of Ethics in International Affairs (based in New York) and the Global Thinkers Forum (based in London) convened a diverse group of scholars to discuss ethical leadership, the future of democracy and political accountability.
